We are musicians first and business people second. We want you to have a guitar that sounds great and will last for years to come. As described on our home page We sell both new and like new instruments. Our like new instruments look and play like new and are mechanically flawless. If you receive your guitar in a condition other than this please notify us within seven days of its delivery, so we can fix the problem.
All of our like new instruments are either marked used or second by the manufacturer or liquidation center and we are not permitted to advertise them as new or offer any manufacturer warranty, however we offer a thirty day guarantee that your instruments will perform and function as it should during that time period.
What we guarantee.
We guarantee that your guitar will operate free from structural defects. For Example:
It will not have any undisclosed cracks or damage
Any electronics will work properly
It will tune up and play like the same guitar purchased in the store
What we don't guarantee
Any damage due to negligence For Example:
The guitar was dropped
It was left in a hot trunk all day
Any issues due to subjective tonal or cosmetic qualities. For Example:
The Instrument does not sound the way you would like
You thought it would be larger or smaller
You don't like the looks
Or any other issue that does not involve the STRUCTURAL INTEGRITY of the instrument
If you have a problem covered by our guarantee let us know. We will either repair it, replace it or give you a refund.
