Return Policies
Discount Guitar Warehouse is dedicated to customer satisfaction. If your purchase arrives damaged or in a condition other than described contact our store to receive instructions on returning your purchase. The following conditions apply:
- We must be contacted within 7 days of delivery if you would like to return your purchase.
- After we have been notified you have no more than 7 days to ship the item back.
- No returns will be accepted more than 30 days from the original purchase date
- Shipping is non-refundable*
- A Restocking Fee of 10% applies (provided item is repacked according to factory standards and without excess wear)
- Returns are accepted only on items with a minimum purchase price of $100.00.
*Items purchased originally with Free Shipping will have standard ground shipping fees deducted from the refund
Shipping Policies
Shipping to and from Discount Guitar Warehouse is at the customer's expense and varies according to weight, size, shipping type and location. All items will be shipped insured.
