Shipping & Returns

Shipping:
We offer free USPS Parcel Post Shipping to the continental U.S. If you live any other place please contact us for a shipping quote. We ship within one business day of our order. For example if you purchase an instrument on Thursday at 10:00 am it will ship no latter then Friday. If you purchase Friday at 4:00 p.m. it will ship no later than Monday.

All our instruments will be double packed in either in a case and large box or in a small box and a larger box. In other words if you buy an instrument with a case we first place it in the case and then pack that in a larger box. If you purchase an instrument without a case we pack that in a small box and then place the small box in a larger box.

All our instruments ship with insurance and require a signature. If now one is available to sign you can pick up your order at your local post office.

Returns:
In the rare circumstance you receive an instrument in a condition other than described you have 7 days from delivery to notify us to arrange a return.

We want you to receive a quality instrument so if there are structural issues with your purchase we will accept a return.

However we discourage returns for reasons that don't have to deal with integrity of the instrument.
For Example:
You don't like the color
You don't prefer the tone
You did not realize it was stamped used or second etc.
You did not realize it was given a new serial number
You damaged the item

If you insist on returning something that falls into one of the categories there will be a restocking fee up 20% and you must pay all shipping charges, both to and from.
